Stallone: "How do you know that?"

Milo Ventimiglia as Robert Balboa, Jr.: "Don't you care what people think? Doesn't it bother you that people are making you out to be a joke and that I'm gonna be included in that? Do you think that's right?"

Stallone: "What happened to your leg?"

Don Sherman as Andy: "Aah, lost it to diabetes."

Stallone: "The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place, and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if ya let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But, it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward – how much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, go out and get what you're worth, but you gotta be willing to take the hits and not pointin' fingers, saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that, and that ain't you! You're better than that!"

Milo Ventimiglia: "Don't you think you're too – ya know – old?"

Stallone: "Yeah, but you think you ought to stop tryin' things 'cause you had a few too many birthdays? I do not."

Ventimiglia: "People are gonna think you've gone crazy."

Stallone: "What's crazy about standing toe-to-toe, saying, 'I am,' ya know?"

Stallone: "Ain't nothin' over till it's over."

Antonio Tarver as Mason Dixon: "What's that from – the 80's?"

Stallone: "That's probably the 70's."

Jim Lampley as an HBO commentator: "Who would've believed this was possible?"

Milo Ventimiglia: "You don't have to do it."

Stallone: "Yeah, well, I think I do."

Tony Burton as Duke: "What we'll be calling on is good, old-fashioned, blunt force trauma. Horsepower. Heavy-duty, cast-iron, pile-drivin' punches that will have to hurt so much they'll rattle his ancestors. Everytime you hit him with a shot, it's gotta feel like he tried kissin' the express train."
